Refund and Returns Policy

At Piper Creative Company, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Below, you’ll find our policies regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges for both physical and digital products.
General Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your physical item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
• Intimate or sanitary goods
• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
• Gift cards
• Downloadable digital products once accessed or downloaded
• Some health and personal care items
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
• Books with obvious signs of use
• Opened CDs, DVDs, video games, or vinyl records
• Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.
2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are not available for downloadable products once accessed or downloaded.
If you experience issues (e.g., defective files), please contact us at info@pipercreativecompany.com, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange for the same item, email us at info@pipercreativecompany.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will issue a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the purchaser, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

You are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
